Matcha Spice Tea

(FP) This is a TRIM HEALTHY MAMA recipe.

A warm and smooth tea with the added benefit of antioxidants! This tea burns calories, balances blood sugar and aids in concentration. Who could resist that in the morning? Or afternoon? Or evening? 🙂

1 ½ cups boiling water

½ tsp matcha tea

¼ tsp ground tumeric

¼ tsp ground ginger

¼ tsp ground cinnamon

2 black peppercorns

2 pinches Himilayan pink salt

1 tsp stevia (liquid or powder works)

1 tsp extra virgin coconut oil

1-2 tsp collagen

Blend and Enjoy!

P.S. The turmeric will stain your plastic blender. Adding it later works too!
